Position Overview
We are building a proactive talent roster of forward-thinking tech professionals who specialize in scaling operations through artificial intelligence, workflow automation, and data analytics. This pool is targeted for upcoming opportunities with modern digital agencies, tech startups, and global enterprises looking to eliminate manual workflows and optimize data infrastructures.
Responsibilities
Core Potential Responsibilities
- Design, map, and deploy end-to-end automated workflows using no-code/low-code tools (Zapier, Make, n8n).
- Integrate AI tools (OpenAI API, Claude, custom GPTs) into existing business applications and internal databases.
- Build out clean internal data architectures and automated reporting pipelines for leadership visibility.
- Audit legacy manual processes and pitch scalable technical solutions.
Requirements
What We Look For (Vetting Criteria)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with automation ecosystems (Make/Zapier are non-negotiable).
- Familiarity with data analysis platforms, CRM syncs, and advanced prompt engineering frameworks.
- Strong logical reasoning and architecture-building mindset.
- Prior experience working in 100% remote, fast-paced technical teams.
- Prior experience working with global teams preferably in ANZ, US, EMEA
