About the Opportunity
Our partner is a premier, fast-growing staffing and recruitment firm specializing in the construction, warehousing, and skilled trades sectors. Established in 2016, they have rapidly expanded their footprint to include over 11 branches across New Zealand and a growing presence in Australia.
They are seeking a high ownership professional to take the lead on their weekly payroll operations. This is a senior-level role for a "strong character" who can maintain integrity and compliance while navigating a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
The Senior Payroll Administrator is the engine room of the company’s weekly operations. You will take full ownership of the end-to-end payroll processing for a workforce of 600–800 New Zealand casual employees and contractors.
This isn't just data entry; it’s about being a "compliance anchor." You will manage the seamless flow of data through a highly automated tech stack, ensuring 100% accuracy and providing mature, authoritative support to the finance leads and wider team.
