Responsibilities
About the Opportunity
As a Client Success Administrator, you’ll provide essential support to our Client Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure the seamless delivery of client projects across e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Magento. You will help bridge the gap between client expectations and internal delivery by maintaining project workflows, translating briefs into actionable tasks, supporting communication and tracking progress across multiple touchpoints.
This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset and a passion for process and communication excellence.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Client Success Managers
Manage Projects in PM Tools
Drive Sprint Execution
Translate Technical Briefs
Handle Estimates & QA Prep
Track Tasks & Documentation
Communicate Clearly
Requirements
Nice to Have: Hands-on experience in software development is highly regarded. This includes prior experience writing code, working within modern frameworks, contributing to codebases, or participating in technical delivery.
