They support well‑known retail and eCommerce brands by offering full‑service expertise in eCommerce development (Shopify Plus, Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce), CRM, marketing automation & lifecycle marketing, UX/UI, CRO & customer experience, Digital marketing & SEO, and data & analytics.
About the Opportunity
They are hiring for a CRM Specialist with hands-on, technical experience focused on implementing high-quality lifecycle programs, primarily within Klaviyo and Dot Digital, including customer journeys, email/SMS flows, segmentation, and platform integrations. You’ll build, configure, test, and maintain CRM assets, support ESP migrations, enforce naming conventions and platform hygiene, and coordinate data and event integrations across eCommerce stacks.
This role prioritises precise implementation and technical delivery that consistently drives strong engagement and commercial outcomes for client programs. After an initial onboarding period, this is a self-sufficient production role, expected to independently scope, build, QA, and deliver CRM work to a client-ready standard, on time and with minimal day-to-day supervision. The CRM Specialist will be expected to independently manage a defined set of CRM workstreams from brief through to deployment.
