About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the delivery of digital and e-commerce projects. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Developers, QA, Design, and other stakeholders to keep projects on track, ensure clear communication, and maintain accurate project records. Your work helps teams stay aligned, reduces delivery risks, and ensures a smooth experience for our enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

How You'll Contribute:

Project Coordination & Administration

  • Update project timelines, dashboards, and WIP status.
  • Track tasks and tickets, following up to ensure progress and timely closure.
  • Summarize meetings and actions for clear communication across teams.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation in tools like Wrike or Smartsheet.


Development & QA Support

  • Help coordinate daily developer tasks and priorities.
  • Support QA workflows, including bug tracking and retesting cycles.
  • Serve as a bridge between Development, QA, and PM teams to streamline communication.


Stakeholder Support

  • Provide operational coverage to support PMs and enterprise clients.
  • Escalate risks or blockers to PMs promptly.
  • Assist with project documentation, status reports, and client deliverables.


What Success Looks Like:

  • Projects and tickets are accurately tracked and up-to-date.
  • Teams have visibility into priorities, progress, and next steps.
  • QA and development tasks move smoothly with minimal rework.
  • PMs and clients feel supported and confident in project continuity.

Requirements

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years in project coordination, PMO, or project support (digital/agency experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento) or system integration projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple tasks/projects.
  • Proficient in project management tools (Wrike, Teamwork, Confluence, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and ability to summarize meetings clearly.
  • Exposure to QA processes or offshore development teams.
  • Experience with enterprise clients and complex project dependencies.
