About the Role
We’re looking for a thoughtful, design-minded Full-Stack Developer who cares deeply about building beautiful, intuitive, and scalable user experiences. This role leans heavily toward the front end, with Svelte + TypeScript as the core stack, and you’ll have the chance to work closely with a supportive CEO and CTO based in Australia.
If you enjoy turning great designs into great products and you’re excited to help shape a new component library from the ground up, this role will feel like a great fit.
Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Build and maintain a new Svelte + TypeScript component library that will become the foundation of a major product redesign.
- Work with the design team on the Framer drag-and-drop web app, helping bring concepts to life.
- Develop clean, reusable components that balance performance, accessibility, and user experience.
- Join design discussions and contribute ideas that improve usability and flow.
- Collaborate closely with the CTO and design lead in an open, feedback-friendly environment.
- Provide occasional support on backend tasks using Go (Golang).
- Communicate progress, blockers, and needs clearly to the team.
- Work securely using company-issued equipment and required security tools.
Requirements
Must-Haves
- Strong front-end experience with a good eye for UI and UX.
- Proficiency in TypeScript (non-negotiable).
- Hands-on experience with Svelte, or strong React/Vue background with readiness to adapt.
- Comfortable collaborating with designers and contributing to design-heavy tasks.
- Clear and proactive English communication.
- Able to follow Sydney time zone hours (starts around 6 AM PH time).
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Go (Golang)
- Basic familiarity with backend development
- Light exposure to Python (not required for this role)
