We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our client's growing digital team. This role is integral to driving organic search growth for our clients by developing and implementing SEO strategies that deliver measurable results. You will be responsible for technical audits, keyword research, campaign execution, off-site optimization, reporting, and collaborating with both clients and internal teams to achieve SEO goals.

Responsibilities

Manage and Track SEO Campaigns

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO campaign progress using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Accuranker, and Ahrefs
  • Deliver timely SEO reports and recommendations, including monthly and quarterly reviews
  • Provide data-backed insights to improve rankings, traffic, and performance metrics

Technical Audits & Keyword Research

  • Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to detect and resolve issues
  • Identify growth opportunities through keyword research and site evaluations
  • Translate SEO audits into actionable improvements that drive KPIs

Content-Led SEO Strategies

  • Develop on-site and off-site SEO strategies aligned with client goals
  • Implement keyword targeting, technical optimizations, and link-building initiatives
  • Drive measurable growth in rankings, traffic, and conversions

Client Communication & Reporting

  • Maintain regular, professional communication with clients
  • Present quarterly performance reports and lead strategy reset discussions
  • Ensure clients feel informed, supported, and confident in results

Continuous Learning & Development

  • Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
  • Adopt AI tools to enhance efficiency and share insights with the team

Time Tracking & Accuracy

  • Maintain accurate daily time tracking for all project tasks
  • Ensure transparency and compliance with internal protocols

Requirements

Skills & Experience

  • At least 4 years of related SEO experience
  • Strong knowledge of on-page SEO, link-building, and off-site optimization
  • Proven experience running and managing end-to-end SEO campaigns
  • Technical SEO expertise with tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Accuranker, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) for data analysis
  • eCommerce SEO experience is highly preferred
  • Agency background, with proven ability to manage 5–6 clients simultaneously
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to conduct own analysis, clearly articulate thought processes, and implement optimization strategies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for both client-facing and internal interactions
  • Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek clarification
  • Excellent time management skills to balance multiple clients and deadlines
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality results
  • Proactive in adopting AI tools to enhance SEO strategies and workflows
