We are looking for an Offshore Project Coordinator to provide day-to-day project coordination and administrative support to our local PM team. This role is designed to free up senior PMs to focus on client relationships and delivery leadership, while you manage the operational backbone of our projects, including ticket management, QA coordination, and dev oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Project Administration & Coordination: Manage project timelines, update status reports, and track tickets to ensure timely follow-up. You’ll also produce meeting summaries and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Development & QA Support: Coordinate developer tasks, support QA workflows, and act as a bridge between the development, QA, and PM teams to streamline communication and task progress.
  • Stakeholder Support: Provide daily project continuity, escalate risks or blockers to local PMs, and assist with project documentation and client-ready deliverables.

Requirements

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in a project coordination, project support, or PMO role, preferably in a digital or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing tasks across multiple projects.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Teamwork).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize meetings clearly.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Exposure to QA processes or working with offshore development teams.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Magento.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and complex project dependencies.
