Our client is a marketing services company based in Sydney, Australia, that delivers digital marketing solutions designed to help businesses grow and reach their target audiences effectively.


We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Google Ads Specialist to join their team. This role is focused on creating, managing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across Google Ads platforms to drive quality traffic, leads, and revenue growth. If you thrive on data, strategy, and delivering measurable outcomes, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with creative teams on ad visuals.

Performance Optimization

  • Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking, remarketing audiences, and A/B testing.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments for ongoing improvement.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare reports with actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
  • Track budgets, monitor ad spend, and ensure campaigns are cost-effective.
  • Stay updated on Google Ads features, industry trends, and emerging best practices.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with broader business objectives.
  • Share insights and recommendations to support wider digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of PPC, SEM, and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
  • Skilled in data analysis and reporting (Excel/Sheets proficiency is a plus).
  • Strong copywriting and ad testing capabilities.
  • Google Ads Certification(s) preferred.
  • Familiarity with SEO, social media advertising, or CRO is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, results-focused, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
